Department of English, World University of Bangladesh organized a cultural programme  “Ekusher Shotodol” on the occasion of 21^st February at WUB Meher Plaza Campus. The programme was graced by Professor Dr. M. Nurul Islam, Pro-Vice Chancellor of the University as chief guest while Registrar, Deputy Registrars, Controller of examination and Proctor of the University were present as special guests. The whole programme was presided over by Md. Habib Ullah, Head, Department of English. Speakers thanked the students and teachers of the department for their initiatives and efforts. The departmental teachers and students performed recitation and traditional Bengali music and songs.
