Department of Computer Science and Engineering of World University of Bangladesh (WUB) organized 4th WUB CSE Festival on December 04, 2015 at the auditorium of the University. The festival was inaugurated by Prof. Dr. Abdul Mannan Choudhury, Vice Chancellor of the University Mr. Md. Shahriar Alam, M.P Honorable Minister, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh could not turn up due to sad demise of his relative. Dr. Musfiq M. Choudhury, Secretary, Board of Trustees (WUB) was present as welcome speaker and Mr. Mostafa Jabbar, Computer Specialist was present as special guest. Professor Dr. M Nurul Islam, Pro-Vice Chancellor of the university; Morsheda Choudhury, Treasurer of the university and Kazi Hasan Robin, Head of the CSE Department were present in this festival.

The students from different universities participated in "Robotics contest" and "Project Showcasing". College students participated in "Debate Competition", "IT Olympiad" and "Game Competition". Renowned IT experts and specialists took part in various seminar and workshops. The main attraction of the festival was "ICT Fair". Different ICT service providers also participated in this festival. The festival will be rounded up on December 05 2015 in the evening. Mr. Hasanul Haq Inu M.P, Honorable Minister, Ministry of Information shall remain present as the Chief Guest in the concluding session.
