World University of Bangladesh (WUB) arranged a meeting on ‘Security and Law & Order’ on July 20, 2016 at the auditorium of the university. The meeting was presided over by Honorable Vice Chancellor of the University, Prof. Dr. Abdul Mannan Choudhury and attended Professor Dr. M. Nurul Islam, Pro-Vice Chancellor; Morsheda Choudhury, Treasurer and Prof. Dr. Musfiq M. Choudhury, Secretary, Board of Trustees; Deans of different faculties; Registrar; Proctor; Heads of the departments and faculties of the university were present in the meeting. In the meeting all the heads of departments and teachers were requested to keep strong vigilence on the activities of the students in general and if any activities contrary to present situation is found, that should be reported to the university authority immediatelly. It may be mentioned that  a 15 member central committee on Security and Law & Order was earlier formed followed by committees of similar nature at the departmental level.
