World University of Bangladesh (WUB) has arranged an online orientation program for newly admitted students on e-learning.org.bd portal. On 24^th May, 2021, students of the first semester from various departments; Deans of faculties; Heads of departments; faculty members, and WUB Administrative personnel attended the orientation program. The program was inaugurated by Professor Dr. M Nurul Islam, Pro-Vice-Chancellor of the university, and conducted by Md. Azim and Abdullah Mohammad Sharif of Business Administration Department. The program started at 10.00 am and continued till 12.30 pm.

In the orientation program, e-learning.org.bd portal was discussed in detail. A graphic presentation on how to use the platform in practice was delivered to the students. The portal focuses were on a variety of activities and resources. Faculty members are able to provide valuable research tools and delegate various tasks such as a forum, assignment, quiz, and term paper through websites to the students. Thus online learning became very easy. The facilitators and participants exchanged questions and answers session at the end of the program. The program ended with a thank message from the Registrar of the university.
