Live Parliament Debate Competition titled
On the occasion of "World Pharmacist Day-2021", an online
shadow parliament debate competition was organized by the World University
Pharmacy Club of the World University of Bangladesh on 25 September 2021. It
was broadcast from the official facebook page of the university. Rhizome on the

Zubair Khalid Labu, Head, Department of Pharmacy, World University of Bangladesh and Associate Professor Dr. Md. Harun-ur-Rashid were the chief guests at the event. Ajay Roy, Honorary Moderator, Senior Lecturer, World University of Bangladesh Debating Club was present as Special Guest. In the final of the two-day competition, the government team was "Team Logic" and the opposition team was "Team Vaccine". The issue raised in the final was, "The crisis is not healthcare but health awareness". At the end of the debate, the opposition was declared the winner and the Opposition leader Abu Talha was chosen as the best debater in the final. Arpita Marjan was selected as the debater of the tournament. All the teachers and students of the department were present at that time.
