Workshop on “Brand Building Blocks” & Cultural Fest

After two years of online classes and activities, WUB Entrepreneurship Club took the initiative to bring back life on campus. On 30th March 2022, the club members organized a workshop on “Brand Building Blocks” and a Cultural Fest where 100+ students participated and spent the day rejoicing about returning to the premises of the World University of Bangladesh.

The workshop was inaugurated by the honorable Chief Guest, Prof. Dr. Abdul Mannan Choudhury, Vice-Chancellor of the World University of Bangladesh, where he shared his valuable words of wisdom for the students and WUBEC. Also, as a respected special guest, Prof. Md. Moqbul Hossain, Controller of Examinations was present and expressed his gratitude and thanked the organizer for the initiative.

The workshop was conducted by the brand maestro himself, Resource PersonUjjalYaman Chowdhury. He explained many essential aspects of brands and branding. The participants   interacted very lively in the session and found it very interactive and joyful session. 

Finally, the vote of thanks was given by the Session Chair, Dr. Selim Ahmed, Head of the World School of Business, who was delighted to see the arrangement of the workshop as well as the spontaneous participation of the members of the club. The entire session was hosted by Club President TasinaReemaJareen and Vice President Md.Rahat Chowdhury. 

After the impactful session, the students enjoyed a lunch break, and then the most awaited Cultural Fest started with wonderful band music and performances. The fest was hosted and coordinated by Club General Secretary Md. Abdullah Al Mahedi and Club Assistant General Secretary Maruf Ahmed Sami. 

The day ended on a good note that through a very good planning and hardworking of the team of core committee, coordinators, and volunteers led a very successful initiative in bringing students and teachers to one platform once again.

WUB Entrepreneurship Club believes in “Transforming Lives” and continues to do so with many such change-making initiatives.
