World School of Business, World University of Bangladesh organized a workshop on Smart PLS for Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) in the city campus of World University of Bangladesh on 19th October, 2019.

The instructor of the workshop was Dr. Selim Ahmed Head of World School of Business.

In the workshop the participants learned about how to draw model showing relationship with the independent variable, dependent variable as well as mediating variable. The participant learned about path coefficients, indirect effects, total effects, outer loading, latent variables, reliability and validity, discriminate validity, colinearity statistics (VIF), model fit, etc. After the workshop, certificates were provided to the participants and the instructor was honored with a crest.
