World University of Bangladesh has organized two seminars, one at Chapai Nawabgang and the other at Rajshahi on 24th and 25th October 2019 respectively. The prime objectives of the seminars were to promote Mechatronics Engineering in future and to assess the contribution of World University of Bangladesh in this respect. The first seminar was arranged in Chapai Nababgong Polytechnique Institute and the second seminar was at the Anurag community center in Rajshahi.

Approximately one hundred and fifty students were present in the first seminar and one hundred and twenty students at the second seminar. Dr. AKM Zainul Abedin; Engr. Nazib Sobhan and Dr. Md, Mizanur Rahman were the keynote speakers. In the seminars Dr. Abedin introduced about Mechatronics Engineering; Engr. Nazib Sobhan explained about the importance and use of Mechatronics Engineering and finally Dr. Mizan explained about the status of Mechatronics Engineering in World University of Bangladesh. In every seminar there were question-answer and photo sessions and audience applauded this type of venture.
