Manual attendance entry stops from November 01, 2013

NOTICE FOR ALL CONCERNED

This is to inform you that all employees of the university shall punch their ID card only on and from November 01, 2013 (Friday) to notice their presence & absence at WUB premises and no employees will be allowed to enter data in the system manually. Therefore, you are requested to convey the following information to your colleagues immediately :

1. Every staff/employee are required to punch their “RFID/ Access Card” when entering any campus of the University.
2. They should also punch the card when exits any campus.
3. If an employee/ staff forgets to bring the card as form (1^st November 2013), he/she will be deemed to be absent for that day.
