Saima Nazreen, Senior Assistant Registrar has been serving at the World University of Bangladesh since 2010. She obtained her BSS (Honors) degree and MSS degree in International Relations from the University of Dhaka. Later, she earned a Post Graduate Diploma in HRM from the BIMS. She works as the link between an organization’s management and its employees, as their work runs the gamut from providing consultation on strategic planning with top executives to recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new staff. Being self-motivator is her strength and along with itself confidence & positive attitude helped her lot to deliver the maximum that she can do. She took part in organizing few of her college events through which she has imbibed various qualities like team work, decision making and gained necessary soft skills needed to handle tricky situations. She works efficiently both as an individual contributor as well as along with a team. She seeks new challenges and tries to think out-of-the-box while looking for creative solutions to a given problem. Her ultimate goal is to do work with WUB as first growing University with quality education and service.
