An online workshop to provide a practical exposure on the usages and functions of online teaching was conducted on 20^th September 2020 at the Dhanmondi Campus of the University. The training was offered to selected number of teachers from all departments of the University. The workshop focused on course management, especially the activities and resources to be used in learning, grade book set up, preparing different reports, adding supporting blocks, communicating with others, motivating through badges, etc. The teachers were exposed to usage of the various tools in online learning such as video and slide presentation, forums, H5P interactive tools, SCORM developments, Big Blue Button, and online library usages.

The program was inaugurated by the Honorable Vice Chancellor, Professor Dr. Abdul Mannan Choudhury. Mr. Abdullah Mohammad Sharif from Business Administration Department monitored the whole program along with Iftekhar Alam Dipta, Senior Lecturer from the Department of Civil Engineering and Omar Faruq, Lecturer of Physics. The session was a plan initiated by the Board of Trustees of the University with Dr. Musfiq Mannan Choudhury undertaking the design and processing of the online teaching mechanisms.
