The program was chaired by Farhan Mahbub, Assistant Professor, Department of Mechatronics Engineering, World University of Bangladesh while Md. Redwan Islam, Assistant Mechanical Engineering, Integrated Design Consulta and Md. Harun-Ur-Rashid, Software Engineer, Giga Tech Limited contributed as special guests.  Ayesha Zulkernine, Director of Media, IEOM Society WUB Chapter, and World University of Bangladesh was the moderator of the webinar.
