Department of English of WUB to provide free English training courses to slum dwellers

On 1st October 2021, the Department of English collaborated with the Bridge of Community Development Foundation (BCDF). The aims of the Memorandum of Understanding is providing short-term training to the localities (especially slum dwellers) in English as a Foreign Language, conducting research projects, and offering community services.

Both the organizations will realize that in general the language of instruction in both the institutions is English and during the initial term (and subsequent extensions, if any), the Department of English  shall consult at least annually to discuss the program, any problems that have arisen, and opportunities for improvement.
