The World School of Business, World University of Bangladesh organized a study tour on March 11, 2023 at NS Island Resort, Gazaria, Munshiganj. The excursion was held to ensure a well-rounded education under SDG 4, which includes both academic and extra-curricular activities. The program aimed to provide practical experience in planning, organizing, and controlling events, while also fostering the development of communication, networking, and social skills among students.

The students and teachers departed from the university premises at 9:40 AM, and enjoyed breakfast on the bus on the way to resort. Upon arrival, they explored the natural beauty of the location. Following lunch, a boat journey was enjoyed, followed by a variety of sports activities that encouraged students to develop winning strategies in competition. A captivating cultural program concluded the event, featuring performances from students who sang and danced. Head of the department, Dr. Selim Ahmed, distributed prizes to the winners of the sports program, and afternoon snacks were served.

The program was made possible with the support of the students of the WUB Business Club, and was moderated by Md. Azim, the Moderator of the Club. The students and teachers returned to the campus at 8:30 PM.
