Orientation Program - Summer’ 2023

World University of Bangladesh (WUB) organized a two-day orientation program for newly enrolled students for Summer Semester 2023 on 11th and 12th May 2023 at its campus in Uttara, Dhaka. In this program nearly 400 students, who admitted to graduate and undergraduate programmes in 11 different departments this semester, participated in the orientation.

Prof. Dr. Abdul Mannan Choudhury, Honorable Vice-Chancellor, World University of Bangladesh attended the ceremony as the Chief Guest. Professor Zaki Imam, Registrar; Mohammed Shaiful Hannan, Senior Deputy Controller of Examinations; Md Kamrul Hossain, Senior Deputy Registrar; Ahsan Thouhid Milton, Senior Deputy Registrar; World University of Bangladesh were present. Head of Departments and faculties were also present in this program.

Prof. Dr. Abdul Mannan Choudhury welcomed all participants and advised them to work hard to become a responsible citizen to the country. Guests also spoke on the various issues of the university like rules and regulations, academic system, extra co-curricular activities etc. They advised them to utilize the four (04) years of their study in WUB for attaining academic excellence as well as leadership, moral values, responsibility towards family & society.
