The Department of Business Administration organized a
workshop on the “Role of Artificial Intelligence in Digital Marketing” on June
04, 2024, in the Founding Treasurer Morsheda Choudhury Auditorium, World
University of Bangladesh.
The Chief Guest was Professor Dr. Abdul Mannan Choudhury,
Vice Chancellor, World University of Bangladesh and the Special Guest was
Professor Dr. M. Nurul Islam, Pro-Vice Chancellor, and World University of
Bangladesh. In this session, the Keynote Speaker was Mr. Zahedi Shuvo, Head of
Digital Marketing (Creative IT Institute) and the Chief Facilitator was Sakibun
Nahar Ishita, Faculty of Digital Marketing(Creative It Institute).The seminar
was chaired by Professor Dr. Selim Ahmed, Head of the Department, Business
Administration.
The programme began with an opening speech presented by Professor
Dr. Selim Ahmed, Head of the Department of Business Administration. Subsequently,
both the Chief Guest and the Special Guest provided important insights into
artificial intelligence and its impact on the digital marketing platform.However,
their discussion was very beneficial since the session covered the aspects of
artificial intelligence not only at national level but also at the
international level of digital marketing. They also highlighted how students
might flourish their careers in the digital marketing capacity with the help of
artificial intelligence.
The Chief Facilitator Ms.Sakibun Nahar Ishita showed the
practical insights of artificial intelligence on digital marketing by using
practical paradigm which is Facebook.
Students, faculty members, and administrative staff
participated in this session. The seminar was concluded by a question and
answer session. Md. Moniruzzaman, Assistant Professor in the Department of
Business Administration, anchored the entire session.
