The orientation programme for the newly admitted students for the Fall Semester 2022 of World University of Bangladesh (WUB) was held on its Permanent Campus at Uttara, Dhaka on 16 September, 2022 at 10.00 am. Nearly 600 students, who admitted to graduate and undergraduate programmes in 11 different departments this semester, participated in the orientation. 

Prof. Dr. Abdul Mannan Choudhury, Honorable Vice-Chancellor, World University of Bangladesh attended the ceremony as the Chief Guest. Professor Dr. M. Nurul Islam Honorable Pro-Vice Chancellor; Morsheda Choudhury, Treasurer; and Professor Dr. Musfiq Mannan Choudhury, Secretary, Board of Trustees, World University of Bangladesh were present as special guests. Registrar, Proctor, Controller of Examinations, Head of Departments were also present in this program.

Prof. Dr. Abdul Mannan Choudhury welcomed all participants and discussed advised them to work hard to become a responsible citizen to the country. Guests also spoke on the various issues of the university like rules and regulations, academic system, extra co-curricular activities etc.

All students and teachers attended the program.
