The Department of Architecture, World University of Bangladesh convened the Fall 2023 semester's final jury on December 5th, 2023. Centering student projects from Design Studio VIII, designing the extension of CAAB housing, emphasizing innovative ideas for sustainable societal living. Notably, students from Design Studio VI explored verticality in high-rise building design, while Design Studio IV presented an innovative approach to crafting elementary learning environments.

This significant jury session welcomed Architect Ahmed Imtiaz Khan, Partner at 4 Walls Inside Outside and Advisor to WUB's Department of Architecture, along with Architect Saida Akter Mumu, Principal Architect, and CEO of Matreek. The jurors, including the departmental faculty, praised the students' efforts and engaged in interactive discussions, exploring the design approach and philosophy behind the studio works.
