World University of Bangladesh Tourism and Hospitality Management Students Immerse in Real-world Learning at the 12th Bangladesh Biman Travel and Tourism Fair 2024

On February 1, 2024, students from the Department of Tourism and Hospitality Management of the World University of Bangladesh (WUB) embarked on a hands-on journey at the '12th Biman Bangladesh Travel and Tourism Fair (BTTF)-2024.' The event, organized by the Tour Operators Association of Bangladesh (TOAB), took place at the Bangabandhu International Convention Center (BICC) in Agargaon, Dhaka.

Under the esteemed guidance of Professor Muhammad Nasimul Azim, Director of the Department, Md. Abdul Latif Mahmud, Senior Lecturer and Coordinator, and Sara Murtaza, Lecturer, the students delved into the intricacies of tour package creation, gaining practical experience that complements their academic studies.

The fair provided a dynamic platform for the students to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios, offering a profound insight into the complexities of the tourism and hospitality industry.
