Biography

This is Md. Shohel Rana, he completed his B.Sc. (Hon’s), M.S in “Physics” in Physics from Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST). In addition he competed his M.Phil in Physics from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) in 2018. However, he interested in material science specially multiferrioc material, thin film, their characterization with XRD, FESEM, VSM and AC impedance analyzer. I have also interest in “Nuclear Structural Materials”. He is a person who is positive about every aspect of life. There are many things I like to do, to see, and to experience. I like to read, I like to write, I like to think, I like to dream, I like to talk, I like to listen. I think of myself as a hard-working person but at the same time I like to enjoy the life.
