The Department of Textile Engineering, World University of Bangladesh is going to arrange a webinar titled “Compliance Management Practices in Textile and Apparel Industry of Bangladesh.” The webinar will be held on September 29th, Wednesday, at 7:30 pm on Facebook Live. Syful Alam Mallick, Compliance Manager, South Asia, Auchan Retail Int. & Sirajum Munir, AGM, Head of Fabric Sourcing, Epic Group BD will adorn the program as Keynote Speakers. They will interpret the challenges faced by Human Resources personnel in ensuring compliance in Readymade Garments industry in Bangladesh. Some of the essential elements of social accountability pertaining to the apparel sector of Bangladesh will be highlighted in the webinar. The program will be chaired by Md. Mostafizur Rahman, Chairman, Department of Textile Engineering, World University of Bangladesh. Ajoy Roy, Senior Lecturer of the Textile Engineering Department, World University of Bangladesh will moderate the webinar.
