Celebration of Independence Day Firstly by Joining the Honorable Prime Minister in the National Anthem

World University of Bangladesh (WUB) Celebrated the Independence Day Firstly by Joining the Honorable Prime Minister in the National Anthem. After this ceremony a Colorful Rally was held on Mirpur Road. In this Rally Honorable Vice Chancellor, Treasurer, Chief Advisor, Pro- Vice Chancellor , Deans, Faculties and More than 2000 students were present.

Thereafter, a Discussion meeting and Cultural Program was held on WUB auditorium. A. K. M Mozammel Huq MP, Honorable Minister, Ministry of Liberation War Affairs (MOLWA) graced the occasion as chief guest while Prof. Dr. Abdul Mannan Choudhury, Vice Chancellor of the University was the chairperson. Prof. Dr. Musfiq M. Choudhury, Chief Advisor of the university delivered the address of welcome.  Morsheda Choudhury, Treasurer of the university Prof. Dr. M. Nurul Islam, Pro-Vice Chancellor of the university were present as special guests.  The Minister touched upon his roles in the Independence movement  and the Liberation War and appreciated the roles of WUB Vice Chancellor in the Independence movement and the Liberation War.
