Department of Textile Engineering, World University of Bangladesh organized a seminar on “Bangladesh, Emerging Sourcing Destination for Ready-made Garments”. The ceremony was graced by the Vice Chancellor of the University, Emeritus Professor Dr. Abdul Mannan Choudhury as the Chief Guest followed by Professor Dr. M Nurul Islam, Pro-Vice Chancellor of WUB as Special Guests. Mr. Iftekhar Hussain, Marketing Manager, American & Efird (BD) Ltd   was the Keynote Speaker and Mr. Sifat-Ur-Rahmab, Technical Regional Head, American & Efird (BD) Ltd was the Guest Speaker.  Professor Dr. Engr. Shah Alimuzzaman Belal, C. Text. FTI Chaired the session. Faculty members and students of Textile department were present in the seminar.
