Students of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) of  World University of Bangladesh has arranged a day long program named ‘CSE Fun Day-2016’ on July 30, 2016 at the auditorium of the university. The fun day hosted various learning activities and game contests including Robotics Football, motion controlled game experience, Tug of War, Instant talent show, Dart throw, Paper tossing etc. The festival was inaugurated by Prof. Dr. Abdul Mannan Choudhury, Vice Chancellor of the University. Deans of Faculties, Registrar, Proctor, Heads  of departments and faculty members of CSE and other departments were also present at the inauguration session.

In this occasion three students of the department were awarded for  their contribution to community through social work. The Head of the department informed that this type of  initiative of acknowledging students for their involvement in community and social work will continue in the coming years. The program was concluded with  a cultural program.
