18th Founding Anniversary of World University of Bangladesh

World University of Bangladesh celebrated its 18th founding anniversary at its main campus on 26^th February Wednesday 2020 at Dhanmondi Dhaka. The University was established under the private University Act, 1192 (amended in 1998), approved and recognized by the Ministry of Education, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh and the University Grants Commission (UGC) of Bangladesh. It is a leading private university for quality and utilitarian education. Formal approval to start the operation of the World University of Bangladesh was received on February 26, 2003. To celebrate this day all Deans, Heads of Department, Faculty members and Administrative personnel and staff exchanged greetings with Honorable Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Abdul Mannan Choudhury ; Honorable Pro- Vice Chancellor Prof. M. Nurul Islam; Treasurer Morsheda Choudhury and Chairman Board of Trustees Prof. Musfiq M. Choudhury .
