SEMINAR ON CAREER PLANNING IN HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY

The World School of Business, World University of Bangladesh organized a seminar on “CareerPlanning in Hospitality Industry” on 18th June, 2019 (Tuesday) at 12 pm in WUB Auditorium, Main Campus. Professor Dr. Abdul Mannan Choudhury, Honorable Vice Chancellor, World University of Bangladesh was present as the chief guest. AKM Bari, Chairman, Industry Skills Council for Tourism & Hospitality (ISC) was present as special guest . Md. Golam Mostofa, Assistant Professor, Daffodil International University was present as resource person. Professor M. Moqbul Hossain, Program Director, World School of Business and Professor Abdus Salam Molla, Registrar, were also present in the seminar. Dr. Selim Ahmed, Head, World School of Business presided over the seminar. Heads of other departments, faculties and students of World School of Business attended and enjoyed the seminar.

The purpose of the seminar was to make the students concentrate on successful career as well as academic studies. Guests, speakers and resource persons shared their experience in the first part of the seminar. In the second part there was a question-answer session regarding career in the hospitality industry. The seminar ended with photo sessions.
