WUB ‘Wubian Students Society’ (WUB SS) conducted a webinar on “Plastic Pollution: Where Bangladesh is heading to?” on August 25 (Wednesday), 2021 at 11.00 am. It was broadcast from the official Facebook page of the University. Rhizome on the following link https://www.facebook.com/wubedubd.

The webinar was attended by among others, Prof. Dr. Musfiq Mannan Choudhury, Chairman, Board of Trustees, World University of  Bangladesh as Chief Guest. Mohammad Munir Chowdhury, Director General, National Science & Technology Museum, Dhaka; Prof. Dr. Adil Mohammed Khan, General Secretary, Bangladesh Institute of Planners (BIP); Dr. Kabirul Bashar, Professor, Department of Entomology, Jahangirnagar University; Kafayet Shakil, Staff Reporter, Banglavision (Digital); and Shide Mahadey Sakender, General Secretary, Jagannath University Cultural Centre; & Feature Editor, Daily Odhikar; were contributed as speakers in the webinar. Fatematuj Johara, Chief Coordinator, WUBSS, WUB presided over the session.
