Department of Pharmacy, World University of Bangladesh (WUB) celebrated “World Pharmacists Day 2019” on 25 September, 2019 at the auditorium of WUB Panthapath Campus. A seminar was held on this year’s theme “Safe and Effective Medicine for all” where Professor Dr. Abdul Mannan Choudhury, Vice Chancellor, World University of Bangladesh (WUB) was present as the chief guest. Mr. Mohammad Abdur Rahman, Senior Manager, Department of Pharmacy, Apollo Hospital Dhaka, presented the keynote speech at the seminar. Prof. Dr. M. Nurul Islam, Pro-Vice Chancellor; Prof. A.K.M. Ziaul Islam, Controller of examinations; World University of Bangladesh were present as the special guests. Zubair Khalid Labu, Head, Department of Pharmacy, presided over the seminar.

Registrar, Proctor, Dean of Faculty of Science & Engineering, Heads of Departments, Faculty Members and students were present in the seminar.
