Industrial Visit at Cotton Club Ltd

The Department of Textile Engineering and Fashion Design, World University of Bangladesh (WUB) arranged an industrial tour to one of the most technologically advanced textile industries, "Cotton Club Ltd." situated in Kashimpur, Gazipur. The program took place on Feb 17, 2025 (Monday). About 50 textile engineering students took part in this industrial visit.

Engr. Md. Tarique Mahmood, assistant general manager of HR, Admin & Compliance department of Cotton Club, welcomed students into their industry at the beginning of this tour. On this tour, students learn practically about the entire textile manufacturing process (Knitting, Dyeing, Finishing, etc.) and are also introduced to advanced apparel machinery. The department is committed to developing its students as skilled employees and assuring quality and relevant education by aligning theoretical knowledge with practical experience.
