WUPC Organizes Freshers’ Reception Program at World University of Bangladesh

World University Pharmacy Club (WUPC), of the Department of Pharmacy at World University of Bangladesh, organized a Freshers’ Reception Program for newly admitted students on 22 January 2026. Students from the 40th and 41st batches were warmly welcomed by WUPC at the Founding Treasurer Morsheda Choudhury Auditorium of WUB.

The reception program was chaired by Prof. Dr. Md. Harun-Or-Rashid, Head of the Department of Pharmacy, WUB. All faculty members of the Department of Pharmacy, along with the organizing committee of WUPC, were present at the event.

During the program, the teachers shared valuable insights, academic guidance, and motivational advice to help the freshers build a strong foundation for their professional journey in pharmacy. Their words encouraged the students to maintain discipline, develop ethical values, and actively engage in both academic and extracurricular activities.

The event was a pleasant and memorable gathering that strengthened the bond between faculty members, senior students, and freshers. Overall, the program successfully created a welcoming environment and inspired the new students to move forward with confidence and enthusiasm.
