Voluntary Blood Donation Campaign

A Voluntary Blood Donation Campaign was successfully held at the World University of Bangladesh (WUB) campus on February 02, 2026. A significant number of WUB students actively participated in the campaign, demonstrating their strong sense of social responsibility and humanitarian commitment.

The program was organized by the Bangladesh Red Crescent Society, aiming to promote voluntary blood donation and raise awareness about the importance of saving lives through regular blood donation. The event was conducted smoothly with proper medical supervision and safety measures.

Dr. Zahidur Rahman was present as a representative from Bangladesh Red Crescent Society during the campaign, whose presence and support added value to the successful execution of the program.

The initiative reflected WUB’s commitment to community service and collaborative social welfare activities.
