“Best Performance Award Ceremony” was held on October 31, 2014 at the auditorium of the main campus of WUB. Students from different departments attended the ceremony and received their certificates for their achievement. The Honorable Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Abdul Mannan Choudhury graced the occasion as Chief Guest while Professor Dr. M Nurul Islam, Pro-Vice Chancellor, Morsheda Choudhury, Honorable Treasurer were present as Special Guests. Dr. Kazi Din Mohammad Khusru, Advisor, Department of EEE, Prof. Dr. Saiful Islam, Advisor, Department of Pharmacy, Prof. Dr. Shafiqul Islam, Advisor, Department of MTE, Prof A F M Abdur Rauf, Dean, Faculty of Science & Engineering, Dr. Kamal Uddin Bhuiyan, Dean, Faculty of Arts & Humanities and Head, Department of Law, A K Ziauddin Ahmed, Head, Department of Business Administration, Dr. Amanullah Chowdhury, Head, Department of EEE, Zubair Khalid Labu, Head, Department of Pharmacy, Professor Abdus Salam Molla, Registrar, Mr. Kazi Nazrul Islam, Proctor, Md. The guests distributed certificates among the students. After that they attended the photo session. Professor A K M Ziaul Islam, Controller of Examinations, chaired the session. World University of Bangladesh organizes such occasion regularly to felicitate and inspire the students for their good academic performance.
