WEBINAR ON “HIRING AND RETAINING TALENTS IN ORGANIZATIONS: KEY ISSUES”
World School of Business, World University of Bangladesh (WUB)
organized a live Facebook Webinar on “Hiring and Retaining Talents in
Organizations: Key Issues “on July 11, 2021 (Sunday) from 8.00 PM to 9.00 PM.
Mr. Khaiyam Khan, Manager of HR & Administration, TK Group was present as
industry-expert speaker, while Abdullah Mohammad Sharif, Assistant Professor,
World School of Business and Dr. Selim Ahmed, Head, World School of Business,
World University of Bangladesh remained present as faculty speakers in the
webinar. Fatema Tuj Johara, Chief Coordinator of WUBSS, World University of
Bangladesh moderated the session.
The discussant covers the following issues: i) Importance of talents in
organizations; ii) Talent hiring and retention strategy; iii) organizational
aspect that attracts talents; iv)Challenges of hiring and retaining talents etc.
It was an interesting discussion that the viewers enjoyed and came to know
about several practical issues of talent management.
