On the occasion of the ‘BASIS SoftExpo-2019’ an ‘Activation Program’ was organized on March 13, 2019 at the World University of Bangladesh Main Campus Auditorium. Mr. Shahid Uddin Akbar, Chief Executive Officer, Bangladesh Institute of ICT in Development and Mr. Abdur Rahman Mamun, Chief Technology Officer, Netizen IT were present as special guests in the program. Professor Dr. M. Nurul Islam, Pro vice-chancellor, World University of Bangladesh was present as the chief guest. Kazi Hasan Robin, Associate Professor and Head, Computer Science and Engineering Department of World University of Bangladesh presided over the program. University teachers, students and officials attended this activation program.

The Speakers gave guidelines to the students and advised them to increase their engagement with information and technology for achieving better career in future.
