“নবীন থেকে নির্মাতা” A Vibrant Day-Long Program by the Department of Architecture

The Department of Architecture, World University of Bangladesh, organized a vibrant day-long program titled “নবীন থেকে নির্মাতা” inaugurated by the Honorable Pro Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. M. Nurul Islam, Joint Registrar Md. Kamrul Hossain and Joint Registrar A.N.M.Ahsan Thouhid.

The event featured an inspiring keynote session by Architect Sharif Uddin Ahammed, sports event and cultural activities. A warm welcome for new students, and a farewell to the thesis batch, concluding with an exciting raffle draw.

The keynote session was led by Architect Sharif Ahammed, winner of the RIBA Award 2025 and ARCASIA Award 2024 who inspired students through his professional insights and showcase of award-winning projects. He encouraged students to work diligently, embrace failure as part of growth, and highlighting that success, once attained it tends to multiply through consistency. The Honorable Pro Vice-Chancellor’s presence at the keynote session further inspired students to engage in meaningful and sensible professional practice. The students’ enthusiastic participation brought energy and vibrancy to the session. Moreover, Students’ lively participation added dynamism and a vibrant energy to the program.
